Thank you for submitting registration for one of our courses!  You will receive a confirmation via email of receipt of this registration within 72 hours of the time you submitted these forms and we have received any other required supplemental forms (if applicable).  If the course has reached capacity, you will be notified via email or phone and will be placed on the waitlist.  Please note, your registration is not finalized until you receive the official PDF confirmation document via email from our staff.

I have taken three courses and have been thoroughly pleased with all of them.  The basic and advanced Botulinum Toxin Type A/ Filler course I attended with Jill not only gave me all of the basics I needed to build a successful injectable practice, but gave me the confidence that I would have a support system in the rare event that I had an additional question after the training course.  The sclerotherapy course with Terri Harper was also very beneficial.  In the two years I have been practicing sclero in my practice I have had to contact Terri two times with a question and she has answered within a matter of minutes and offered additional help in the case of further issues.  I could not be happier with the training and follow up support  I receive with AAI and the talented staff I have met along the way.  I would highly recommend these classes and this fantastic group of professionals to anyone.

I LOVED the course and will highly recommend this to others. I felt like the content in the fundamental course was appropriate. I look forward to taking the next level courses in the future (Masters and Advanced).  My instructor did an amazing job in every aspect!  I left feeling prepared to start my journey in injections.  I also plan to start scheduling more injections on patients (BONTA and Filler) now that I feel better prepared.
